Engineering and Control Scenario
The electrical design and the control scenario are prepared by assessing the equipment, the measuring points and the operating steps. Engineering can be carried out as part of a complete system or as a standalone engineering service.
PLC-HMI Software
The PLC program and the operator screens are developed according to the way the application works. Equipment sequences, operating modes, alarms and user authorisations are defined in line with the project requirements.
Custom and Series Panel Manufacture
Electrical and control panels are designed and manufactured according to the power and control needs of the connected equipment. In addition to project-specific panels, series panel production can be carried out to defined technical specifications.
Electromechanical Installation and Commissioning
On autoclaves and other special applications, the electromechanical equipment, the control panel and the software are handled together. System functions are checked and commissioning is carried out according to the delivery scope of the project.

Can we ask only for an automation project, PLC-HMI software, or panel manufacturing?
Yes. The work can cover a complete automation system, or only engineering, software development or panel manufacturing. What will be delivered is agreed at the start of the project.
What technical information is needed for an automation project?
We look at how the process runs, which equipment will be controlled and the operating sequence that is expected. If the work is on an existing plant, we also review the electrical diagrams and information on the control equipment already in use.
Can the automation of an existing piece of equipment be renewed?
Whether it can be done is assessed by looking at the existing panel, PLC, field devices and software. Once we know which parts can stay and which must change, the project scope is drawn up.
How is the scope of custom or series panel manufacturing defined?
It is based on what the panels must do, the electrical design, the components to be used and the quantity to be built. Panel types, tests and delivery conditions are settled before production starts.
Are testing and commissioning included in the work?
Function tests and site commissioning are planned according to the delivery scope of the project. Where the work is only engineering, software or panel manufacturing, the limits of delivery and testing are defined separately.
