Condensate tanks are used to supply make-up water to the boiler through the feedwater pumps and to collect the condensate returning from the lines.

The closed circuit obtained by collecting the hot, lime-free condensate in the condensate tank and feeding it back to the boiler increases fuel-consumption efficiency to a very significant extent.

AKK-KT condensate tanks are manufactured from St37 grade carbon steel and, after painting with corrosion-resistant paint, are thoroughly insulated with PVC-coated galvanized sheet over glass wool of 80 kg/m3 density and 50 mm thickness.

Condensate tanks are equipped with a magnetic level indicator, an electric level controller and a water inlet solenoid valve.

AKK-KT tanks can be manufactured in capacities suitable for all hot water and steam boiler models.
