Economizers are heat recovery devices that use the heat of the boiler exhaust gas to heat the boiler feedwater or to meet the energy demand at a point that requires heat.

They can be manufactured, to suit the boiler fuel type and model, as spiral water-tube, finned water-tube cassette type, or fire-tube type.

In steam boiler feedwater heating systems, a proportional water level control arrangement is preferred.

It is supplied with long-life insulation that reduces heat losses to a minimum.

Manufacture in accordance with EN12952 and the PED2014/68 CE directive is available.

Weld inspection on our economizers can be carried out by non-destructive testing (NDT) within the scope and rates specified in EN 12952-6.

Our welded fabrication is carried out by our certified welders in accordance with approved WPS and WPQR. In manufacture, MIG-MAG and SMAW welding techniques are applied in accordance with the standards.

It is manufactured from high-quality certified boiler plate and seamless drawn steel boiler tube, in accordance with the requirements of the standards.
